Thank you for your service.  I deeply appreciate the work of the Board, and like most of us probably take it for granted.  In particular, I echo your sentiments on the PHP, as I had reason to report an attending physician while I was a resident.  It was a huge burden lifted to know I could do that and not bear responsibility alone for helping this physician, or somehow enabling him.  Keep up the good work!
